Introducing Myself

Hey, I’m Dustin Landers (if you didn’t guess). Welcome to my corner of the internet.

The deal with this page is simple: data journalism. I plan to do a bit on motorsport, politics, but always with this data journalism bent. I think anyway.

I have a background in data, tech, math, stats, politics, biology- and that stuff is all fun. But I used to write stories when I was kid. This blog is as much about the content as it is about the act of writing at all.

Why a blog?

Social media is fine for quick takes, but data journalism needs room to breathe. I wanted a space for longer, more in-depth pieces where I can apply real statistical rigor and lay things out properly. So here it is, built with Astro, kept minimal on purpose.
